- Management of all construction project phases from civil infrastructure to building commissioning.
- Clients’ representative for the entire construction project instating effective communication lines and protocol procedures.
- Preliminary design and quantity estimation.
- Coordinate & direct engineering consultants and architects.
- Compile bid-pacs & tender documents.
- Negotiate & administer contracts and purchase orders.
- Format construction schedule, pre construction estimates and formulate the budget.
- Quantify & verify all expenditures, expenses, change orders and invoices.
- Drive sub-trades to ensure schedule demands are maintained.
- Instate Quality Control of sub-trades and own forces throughout the course of the project.
- Administer a Site Safety Program to create a safe work environment.
- Deliver the construction project 100% completed to the highest quality standards with no
outstanding deficiencies at project handover.
